  I started in the roofing industry since 1986,two years after I got my bachelor's degree in Business and Management.In the same year,I got my state certified roofing license from Florida.I have always had a strong lot passion for my work in roofing and I have always strive every day to do the best job where I am involved.I always try to surround myself with intelligent people and also that have pride in their work.Not the ones that are just for the money.When you have a good team of people,you have a good company.I have always focused on the customers that are looking for high quality,high levels of workmanship with attention to details together with strong service.We are not about volume work and huge operation.We are about performing the best roofing work to give property owners the best thermal protection.We do residential and commercial roofing work.Mostly,re-roofs,a lot of maintenance and roof restoration and a lot of repairs.We tailor custom homes for high end builders who are looking for good systems of roofing and high quality and service.We are also getting into white reflective coatings and waterproofing on the commercial side of the market where there is a lot of potential to grow the company.I am personally very proud of the S&J name which I have represented since 1992.Every job that has the S&J name ,I am personally involved.I give personal attention to a little repair job or a huge job.The customer/owner,always has access to me thru a cell number,text or e-mail.My cell number is the same since 1992.I return every call the same day.Success in business,it's about building relationships and trust with the customers.Also,always do the right thing for the customer,whether they are looking or not.There is a social responsibility when I do any roofing work.Its not about the monetary value only.
