Show less • Base Repair Depots (BRDs) of IAF are responsible for major servicing / repair of aircrafts and other assets of IAF.• Worked as Chief of Quality Assurance Department and was responsible for Quality Assurance of second line servicing of AVRO and Dornier aircraft.• Was also responsible for Quality Assurance of Repair and Calibrations of aircraft testers being serviced at Tester Repair and Calibration Laboratory (TRCL) at 5BRD.• In parallel, took responsibility of Chief of Indigenisation & Substitution Cell (ISC) at 5 BRD for 3 years. ISC at 5BRD is responsible for indigenization of AVRO/Dornier/Kiran aircraft spares through vendors and BRD Workshop by reverse engineering.
