  Role SynopsisThe Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) discipline provides an independent advisory and assurance role to line management in ensuring that regulatory and BP compliance, technical and operational risk management, and crisis and emergency response are maintained. It provides expertise and guidance to Joint Venture (JV's) companies, BP's operated-by-others interests, BP's operated activities and the shareholder team.
