      Aug 2003 - Sept 2019
      Production Supervisor (AMG)

I served in a Supervisor/AMG position since 2003 for 16+ years. While in IBC, areas of responsibilities included managing several pyro and stored gas inflator lines. I managed close to 100 people and led cross functional teams (Process engineers, Quality engineers, Automation engineers, team leads) in making improvements to reactive conditions. Also led successful efforts to increase productivity and decrease waste within the process. I have worked with older and newer technologies of inflators. I managed some service inflator lines as well as some sub assembly areas. I also managed one Alexza line that manufactured heat packs. While in AOS (Autoliv Ogden Service), I managed service lines and also managed areas of conveyance which was responsible for supporting inflator, airbag and seat belt lines with components as well as transporting finished goods. I also served in a planner roll where I used JD Edwards software to bring in components to inflator lines. Previous to that, I served in a technical support function where I set up new inflator equipment and brought it into production, as well as helped to test and qualify equipment and verify good capability. I was fortunate to be involved in many aspects of the manufacturing world of Autoliv and have learned and applied best practices to my profession there. Show less

      Nov 2019 - Oct 2022
      Production Supervisor

I lead a team of SMT technicians that build High-end PCB's (Printed Circuit boards). Along with this, I enjoyed the opportunity of improving existing processes and making them stronger and more efficient from a high quality standpoint. While using lean-manufacturing skills our team provided high quality products to Medical, Aerospace, Military and Communications customers throughout the United States. Worked to ensure customer products met or exceeded expectations in quality and on time delivery. Also served on the Safety team as an ergonomics rep. Implemented production stretches to reduce OSHA recordables. Show less
