      The National Association of Medicaid Directors (NAMD) began as an independent, bipartisan, nonprofit, professional organization in 2011. NAMD represents members who oversee Medicaid in each of the 50 states, District of Columbia and U.S. territories. Medicaid directors are the senior leaders in states driving major innovations in health care while overseeing Medicaid, one of the nation’s most vital – and complex – health care safety net programs, which covers more than 77 million Americans. • Communications Redesign- Worked in tandem with a Communications Consultant to redesign the organization’s websites, create and implement an editorial calendar and manage four social media platforms, and the WordPress for both websites• Strategic Planning- Assembled a Strategic Planning Committee of Medicaid Directors to draft a Strategic Plan in 2020, and a ten-year, three-year and one-year Strategic Plan in 2021. Served to guide the staff through monitoring and reporting on the Strategic Plan quarterly goals, including drafting reports and drafting and designing the Organization’s Annual Report • Program Redesign- When the Director of Leadership Programming left the organization, I stepped up to propose a redesign of the program, and implemented the direction shift. • Program administration- Administered the Leadership Program including hosting over 100 calls, planning an in-person training, creating leadership documents, webinars and podcasts• Event and meeting planning- Supported the event planning and day of coordination for three in-person meetings for over 5000 attendants, and four virtual meetings for over 2000 attendants• Data management- Managed the entire implementation cycle of membership wide surveys, creating the survey tool, administering the survey, analyzing the data and presenting the findings Show less
