Deciding that Healthcare was the most interested in reducing their energy bills over the life of the building, we turned the typical business development strategy on its head. Instead of finding small owners and projects and growing slowly to larger owners, we targeted the three top healthcare system in the west coast- Kaiser Permanente, Dignity Healthcare, and Banner Healthcare Systems.
