Managed the hiring teams, the schedules and all the details of the events for the candidates and the interviewers resulting in 85 quality engineers in a 3mo cycle. Held experienced hiring events in Toronto and Austin. Developed unique ways to recruit including billboards, window shades, wore hiring shirt on KVIE.Responsible for running Intel Costa Rica design center including running hiring events in Costa Rica. 30 people were hired and brought to U.S. for training for 1.5yrs. During this time, helped orient with defensive driving courses, Latino network assigned buddies, Thanksgiving dinner for families. Became U.S. Ambassador.Was Great Place to Work champion.
