  • Management of the end-to-end procurement process as listed above for RailCorp; and:• Assisted in the preparation of briefs in conflicts & dispute resolutions. •Was responsible for Contract audits, Contractor performance assessments, Contractor Safety Management System audits.• Was member of a hand-picked Change Management team as a subject matter expert (Contracts) that implemented a “business transformation” initiative and strategy at Sydney Water to outsource all mechanical & electrical services amidst sensitive IR and political scrutiny. At our recommendation, “field services” was outsourced. I also prepared the EOI (prequalification) document and the RFT document for the Mech-Elec Maintenance contracts. It enabled the smooth transition of “government” employees to the new private sector contracting organisation. This was the first NSW government outsourcing project of such magnitude. • Member of Contracts Management Committee of N.S.W. Supply Service. Reviewed procurement of chemicals for NSW State Contracts.   My appointment to FOWSA – Proposed Western Sydney Airport--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I was recently appointed to the FOWSA (Forum on Western Sydney Airport) along with 21 other notable Australians.I was appointed by the Commonwealth (Federal) Minister for Urban Infrastructure, the Hon Paul Fletcher MP. This is an extreme honour to be selected and to represent Western Sydney. My career record in major infrastructure development and my years in public service stood me in good stead.FOWSA’s role is to provide the exchange of information and ideas between the airport operators, the community, governments, stakeholders.Federal Minister Paul Fletcher is the Chairman, and the group is led by an independent Chair – Professor Peter Shergold AC, the Chancellor of the Western Sydney University.I am truly honoured to be selected for this appointment and thank both my nominator Opp MP Hon Chris Bowen and the Minister Hon Paul Fletcher for their confidence in me.
