      I facilitated experiments and worked in scale up to develop a next generation catalyst product. I also designed a process to help pre-treat a wastewater stream. I organized and facilitated moderate risk reviews for new processes, as well as participated in Process Hazard Analysis. I also worked with the inorganic new product development team to run experiments to determine feasibility of brand new product opportunities.
