  The large US-based company specializing in human capital management required a time tracking tool that would be easily accessible. We developed a hybrid mobile solution that allowed managers and employees to communicate, provide information in real-time, identify and resolve issues, manage personal schedules, and receive important notifications whether or not they were in the office. The application was designed using the following technologies: PhoneGap, HTML5, REST, ASP.NET Web API, Flash/Flex, Testuff.• Was responsible for all project activities (business analysis, management, development, maintenance, support).• Managed the team of seven members.• Communicated with customer’s management and IT staff.• Employed Scrum and incremental delivery approach to ensure product timely development.• Resolved integration issue with customer’s existing systems.• Facilitated communication between customer and ELEKS.ELEKS was also requested to perform quality assurance of all existing customer’s products.• Managed team of two quality assurance engineers who extended customer’s team.• Helped customer with establishing quality assurance processes.• Communicated with customer’s management stuff. Show less This project is another example of my work in healthcare industry. The global provider of diagnostic and interventional products and services needed a solution for sales representatives. We designed an application that allowed salesmen to access all marketing content stored in cloud. The project also covered migration of existing marketing materials (HTML-based presentations, device simulations, and more) from iPad to Microsoft Surface 3 Pro. .NET, WPF, Box.NET, HTML5, 3D Modelling were used as main technologies during the project.• Was responsible for all project activities (business analysis, management, development, maintenance, support).• Managed the team of up to eight members, delegated tasks and responsibilities.• Mitigated risks related to migration of device simulators from iOS to Windows (drivers, 3D model rendering, and more).• Communicated with the customer’s management staff.• Prepared demo for product end users. Show less The world leader in medical devices requested us to develop and localize the desktop application for healthcare. The software was aimed to collect data about human body, measure and assess information received, and produce reports—bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). The project tasks were performed using .NET, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and MS SQL Compact.• Was responsible of all project activities (business analysis, management, development).• Communicated with customer’s management staff.• Managed team of four members.• Coordinated work of translators on product localization.• Improved development process on customer side to decrease development loop.• Improved overall quality of product by improving communication with BIA devices.• Oversaw localization of product to seven languages. Show less During this time I managed development of a number of PDA-based applications for a US provider of enterprise solutions for wholesale, distribution, and retail. The applications were integrated into the customer’s order entry and field force automation products.The abridged version of the application was used for small stores and gas stations to automate the pricing and inventory processes, whereas the extended version was designed for convenience and grocery stores to make inventory ordering faster. Show less The aim of the project was to develop a solution for remote order entry and field service that would run on various mobile platforms and tablet devices. This was an on-board computer that provided vehicle routing, tracked the provided route, controlled main vehicle indicators, and defined vehicle coordinates using GPS. It helped transportation and shipping companies significantly increase their productivity and optimize operational costs.• Developed an ASP.NET portal for public transport management.• Designed database and application architectures; participated in the architecture group.• Worked with end users: gathered requirements, demonstrated prototypes, and obtained feedback. Show less US-based customer required a solution that enables remote management of VeriFone and Gilbarco POS systems.
