  Areas of responsibility:1. To establish and implement long term strategic financial objectives, financial management and reporting systems and processes, procedures and policies required to support the growth Business. This includes establishment of financial management of funds of acquired (invested) companies;2. To lead manage matters relating to financial review and analysis, business valuation, investment management and analysis;3. To evaluate financial implications, capital requirements and expected returns of potential acquisitions, help identifying long and short-term risks and opportunities;4. To manage holistically company’s portfolio while also setting specific return expectations along with time lines and maturity levels, varying capital requirements;5. To help leverage existing business to help meet growth expectations of investors;6. To manage relationships with Board members, shareholders, other stakeholders and business analysts.7. To liaise with Banks, auditors, consultants/advisors, etc;8. To develop internal control awareness and enforce internal controls;9. To assist in implementing strategic initiatives and achieving business targets;10. To work closely with business stakeholders and other functional areas to develop a reporting framework;11. To continuously build and develop a team of professionals able to effectively manage the finance and accounting function as well as funding requirements of businesses;12. To set up Offshore Realty Fund structure with Intermediate Hold Cos in foreign jurisdictions.13. To set up a robust Corporate Governance suited to the Overseas and domestic structures.14. To prepare the Group / company in the Group for an IPO and listing. Show less
