  I want to share some very exciting news concerning our cardiology practice. After 7 years of practice here in Lake County I have decided to transition the care of my patients and merge with Citrus Cardiology effective July1st, 2019. I want you to know that I have truly enjoyed our time at Florida Cardiovascular Specialists but I felt the need to look for alternatives to serve you better.We are happy to announce that myself (Dr. Negron) and Dr. García will continue taking care of our patients as your main cardiologists at Citrus Cardiology Consultants. Citrus Cardiology, has been a part of our community for several years. We are confident that this merge will offer endless benefits to our patients including additional office locations and new and state of the art facilities. We will have same location in the Villages office, 1501 Hwy 441 Bldg. 100 Suite1002 The Villages, FL 32159. In Leesburg, Dr., Negrón and Dr. García will move to Citrus facilities at 801 E.   Central Florida Health Hospitals got accredited by the ACC as Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation. We are proud for this achievement and for Dr. Negron’s participation as Chest Pain Director. There are just 9 additional hospitals in Florida with this prestigious accreditation out of 260 in the state. I am happy to be part of a team that will make chest pain patients a priority.
