  Leading a team of employees with the responsibility of Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10Mtr Film streching machine. • Responsible for implementation of construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, scope of work & in accordance with the approved project schedule. • Preparation of cable list, marking of different equipment of based on PID for Cable laying. • Monitoring the progress of the project and supervising the day to day operation of the department to ensure that all the tasks are efficiently performed. • Monitoring the work in progress with respect to the approved schedules/milestones and preparing weekly/ monthly progress reports. • Executing on-site activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters as per the contract and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. • Carrying out Risk Analysis to identify and manage potential problems that could undermine the progress of the project and initiating measures for the assessment, control and avoidance, minimization or elimination of unacceptable risks. • Tracking of daily works at site, collecting status updates and monitoring various data collected from site and reporting any deviation to Project Manager. • Commissioning of all installed equipment like pressure gauges, PT 100, Level sensor and I/O checking. • Understanding client priorities and responding appropriately, through proactive communication with client representative on day to day progress, scope and issues. • As of now I have completed 4 machines of Dornier for different clients like Chiripal, GLS, Uflex(India) and Titan(Russia).
