  I contributed to the design and the manufacturing of the first Greek fully electric single seated racecar, the Uop4e, which between other achievements won the 1st place overall in Electric Class in the Competition Formula Student Czech Repuplic 2014. More specific, I involved to: – Machining of the suspension and powertrain parts of the Uop4e.– Suspension geometry design in cooperation with the design team.– Structural design analysis of the suspension parts.– Dynamic/Kinetic analysis of the suspension system.– Manual machining, including milling and lathe processes and fabrication.– Assembling/Adjusting/Tuning the car suspension mechanism Show less
