      Managed the BI reporting team (Cognos) of around 30+ associates in onsite as well different offshore locations (Chennai,, Hyderbad & Kolkata). So far I have managed more than 20 projects in this role in which 5 were major project (3000+ hours’ estimation). I worked in offshore for some time before moving to offshore.
