   Responsible for L1/L2/L3 device construction and decommission activity in NTT Data Centers. Interacting with field engineers during construction of Layer1/2/3 equipment’s in Data Centers for IP backbone setup. Responsible for backbone trunk migration, trunk bandwidth changes. Configure PDH,SDH & SONET circuits like E1, T1, OC-3, DS3, HDS3, STM1, STM4, STM16 and STM-64 bandwidth. Experience in creating logical (cross) connection for devices through various NMS tools  Managing the process linked with provisioning, of E1, Loop verification. Experience in Testing of end-to-end transport circuit for 24Hrs. Responsible for Juniper EX4200 unit test and SFP installation works depends or project. Knowledge in installing SFP’s and XFP’s in L1/L2/L3 equipment’s. Experience in working on Alcatel-Lucent SR7750-c12 device. Hands on experience with Cisco GSR (12000), series. Responsible for contacting with overseas subsidiaries to fix the schedule of L1/l2/L3 construction and decommission work. Responsible for assigning the resources for each project. Responsible for tracking and keep the phase of each engineer to complete the task within milestones. Understand new business requirement and provide required network infrastructure to fulfill the requirement. Providing Training to Subordinates and Team members for Installing, configuring and managing of NTT network infrastructure. Generate reports after each projects to evaluate the KPI of engineers. Involve in monthly meeting with Managers to update the KAIZEN activities for every month.
