  My duties as a Playmaker are to be a Soccer Coach, Referee, Life-skills Facilitator, First Aider and most importantly, a positive Role Model to young people. I mostly work with children from the ages of 8 to 16 years but I am also a referee for male adult teams who play for our Night League.It does not end there. A huge part of this job is Attendance Tracking which we achieve through Data Capturing. I use my creative skills almost everyday to come up with new fun activities or entertaining acts for our tournaments. We have presentations and implementation panels on a weekly basis, that is where I sharpen my presenting skills. Show less
