  Manage a $100 million investment portfolio, and responsible for making sure it is invested safely and securely, that investments meet the liquidity necessary for the county’s cash flow needs and that investments achieve the best return possible. I issue all general obligation and revenue bonds, administer banking services and manage unclaimed property for the county.   As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, I lead the office charged with being the watchdog holding government accountable, shining light throughout the state and bringing innovation to the forefront. My audits have identified over $380 million in government waste, fraud and abuse. Working with law enforcement, more than 80 criminal charges have been brought against corrupt public officials. MTC is a public-private partnership that promotes entrepreneurship and fosters the growth of new and emerging high-tech companies. MTC's mission is to provide leadership and make strategic investments that help entrepreneurs create and grow technology-based Missouri businesses.I served as Secretary/Treasurer and on the Investment Committee for MTC.

  Appointed to the board of CERF by the Missouri County Treasurers’ Association. The 11-member board is charged with maintaining an accountable, financially sound pension system for eligible county employees throughout Missouri. As of July 2013, CERF investments had a market value of $375 million. Eligible county employees participate in CERF pension benefits and vest in eight years. The fund was formed in Missouri Statute in 1994.
