  Programme and Project Manager for the implementation of Umoja SAP across all modules. I have led the HR, Payroll, Benefits, Entitlements and Time & Attendance for field missions, impacting nearly 20,000 staff members in the National and Professional Categories, as well as Individual Uniformed Personnel. I led the implementation of the Conference and Event Management (CEM) and Budget Formulation modules for the Department of Field Support (Indico software, CERN Technology). I led the change management and training portfolio for those implementations as well as the Logistics Execution modules of Umoja, and was also engaged in the launch and implementation of the Umoja Academy for the field. More recently, I took on the Solution Delivery role for the implementation of the demand planning and supply network planning for the UN Secretariat, rolling out the ERP module for 46 entities and over 2,000 users. I am current leading with business counterparts the implementation of a e-commerce/digital catalogue solution to modernize and transform requisitioning process in the Secretariat. I have extensive experience in process change and imparting adoption through designing strategies for change management, training, and communications campaign in complex environments.
