      Information Technologist II - Application of technical knowledge and customer service skills to provide in person consultation as well as telephone and chat support on inquiries related to academic technology services and products. Train and supervise a team of 15-20 employees in providing ITIL compliant support to clientele including students, faculty, and staff.
