Increased efficiency by eliminating print queue backups on 1200 Linux servers . Balanced firmware updates on a variety of form factors. Implemented and supported ITIL throughout an IT organization that quadrupled in headcount Supported and maintained over 100,000 servers with a team dedicated to customer service. Oversaw various migrations and end of life/sunsetting of technology (both hardware and software). Worked to mentor associates in communication, customer centricity, technology, project management, estimation, and other skills. Performed hardware troubleshooting of datacenter servers that allowed enterprise-wide scanning and inventory capabilities.
