This global role has seen my expertise move outside of the UK media space, and increased my full comms management experience. At Mediahub, I am leading the planning in the EMEA markets at a local level, therefore I am responsible for the planning and buying OOH, digital, social and video activity, rather than a coordination focussed role. I am managing a team of 5, with a broader remit of 7 of varying knowledge levels. My main responsibilities include budget management, forecasting, client development, team development, test and learn work streams, emerging technology and opportunities within the markets alongside overseeing all media plans for the markets that sit in my team.
