During the institute, fellows live and learn with other educators from across the country in a supportive and positive cohort model under the guidance of knowledgeable and attentive Content Directors. At the conclusion of the Equity Institute, fellows return to their respective classrooms equipped with the skills needed to make an immediate impact but not without the support of their Content Directors who serve as coaches and mentors throughout the school year.
