Projects involve analysis and assessment of existing structures as well as large-scale experimental testing. Responsibilities include structural design, construction and project management, supervising interns, data analysis, and writing and presenting reports for government agencies. 2012-2014: Project management of 8 concrete structural wall boundary element component specimens in a laboratory setting. Designed and constructed specimens, coordinated scheduling of lab work and testing crew, configured safe lab setup and testing protocols, and analyzed and reported experimental results. Project funded by ATC/NIST and NEESR.2011-2013: Assessment of several Chilean mid-rise concrete structures damaged in the 2010 earthquake. Responsibilities included review of Chilean construction documents and damage reports, structural analysis of concrete wall lateral systems, coordination with collaborating universities and private engineering firms, and report writing. Project was part of ATC-94.2010-2011: Construction management, experimental data analysis, report writing for full-scale bridge abutment testing in a field setting.
