  Taught myself filming on Cannon EOS 70D camera and editing on Adobe Premiere Pro so I could shoot video on location for the music label’s webpage. Designed, wrote and sent out electronic press kits to reviewers. Helped with guest list and filmed on iPhone at a socially-distanced gig, intended for social media. Opportunities limited by lockdown, but a very enjoyable experience.

Working with a multidisciplinary team tracking patients along their pathway of care, liaising with clinical and administrative teams to address any delays and maintaining the CSS Patient Tracking Lists (waiting lists). Inputting receiving data on different IT systems/software going over in weekly meetings. Covering a wide range of administrative duties within the Admin Office, chasing reports and dates to bring down patient waiting lists. Includes support to several Consultants/Clinical and Non-Clinical managers. IT skills, excellent telephone manner and approachable and able to adapt to the department’s day to day needs.
