Responsible for the safety of 20 to 25 students in the general chemistry laboratories. Presented information on the lab to students and different safety procedures necessary for that week. The time was spent guiding students to understanding the method and reasoning behind the lab. Peer-Led Team Learning is a small group of students currently in a general chemistry lecture. As a mentor I worked with 8 to 10 students. I had the students work on a question packet that covered material from the lecture. The students worked in pairs. If there were questions, I helped guide them to the correct solution.
