    A business graduate with specialization in oil & gas management from Dehradun-based University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, I have more than 12 years of experience in business and financial research across companies such as BIG4s and some of the largest KPOs. Over the years, I have been exposed to start-ups of all sizes either at corporate level or at team-level, which has provided me the learning that could prove handy in making any new set-up successful in this competitive world. More than the success factors, I believe to have learnt what we should NOT be doing in a start-up. It is my goal to continue applying my learning at whatever opportunity comes my way, as expansion is the eternal truth of the business world.
