  Currently freelancing as a UX designer creating cutting edge user experiences, carrying out user research and running workshops exploring UX principles. My most recent project was working for Sopra Banking Software in both Sheffield and Dunstable offices, to deliver their new banking and mortgage solution for RBS, HSBC and Santander…My role there was to get the ground running and lay the foundations for the company to change the current design process to a more Agile and User Centered Design working methodology. My responsibilities consist of attending stakeholder meetings, building customer personas, running workshops, user research and information architecture studies.
