  Worked as a tower engineer setting up communication equipment for cellular companies. As a forman, I oversaw the teams that scaled the towers to set up the lines while maintaining safety compliance, FCC compliance, and conducting environmental reviews.

  Leads multiple AFSC 5 member CSS team and serves as the main liaison between the Commander and 150 military and civilian personnel. Manages 38 CSS programs, in/out processing, SharePoint, UCC, Safety, allocations, feedbacks, DDRP, WAPS. Sole focal point for PI/EPB/OPB/decoration processing through myFSS and ensures all deadlines are met. Maintains official & personnel records and utilizes AFPC secure applications such as BLSDM, PRDA, CMS, AMS. USAF has been having a hard time meeting recruitment goals but to help combat that the 319th RCS rolled the Committed Augmentee Recruitment Effort program that allows Airman not holding a recruiting badge to augment recruiters as we believe every Airman has the power to shape the future of our national defense.
