  As an HR Intern in the HR Establishment Department at Engineers India Limited (EIL) for two months, I gained hands-on experience in various HR functions such as Induction in EIL,HRA,Approval note making ,IPR , IOM,leave rules and it's packages, Relieving letter and many more. My responsibilities included assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining accurate records in the HRIS, supporting compliance with labor laws, and managing benefits administration. I also contributed to HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee engagement. This internship enhanced my communication, organizational, and technical skills, providing a strong foundation for a career in human resources. EIL, a leading engineering consultancy and EPC company, offered a dynamic and insightful learning environment. Show less
