      The C-BASE Beacon was designed to be a weather balloon tracking system capable of giving the National Air Traffic Control System the position, altitude, and velocity of the balloon in real time.- Apprenticed with Edge of Space Sciences to coordinate balloon launches.- Led Beacon Development sub-team in design of Automated Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) based tracking beacon for high altitude balloons.

      Supported the development of the Europa Surface Dust Analyzer (SUDA) instrument, which was developed to investigate the material composition of Europa, and the Emirates Mars Mission “Hope” Probe (EMM), which was the first Mars mission the United Arab Emirates produced.- Wrote contamination control plan and procedures for the SUDA instrument on Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Europa Clipper spacecraft.- Performed SUDA instrument venting analyses in Excel and MATLAB as part of vacuum chamber testing campaign.- Maintained stock of supplies in the Polymerics Laboratory.- Designed and rapidly prototyped potting fixtures for the Polymerics Lab using CAD software and 3D Printing.- Configured 3D printing of EMM Multi-Layer Insulation sizing structures.- Converted EMM risk management database from MS Access to JIRA.       Supported the Requirements, Verification, and Interfaces (RVI) team of the Commercial Destination Free Flyer (CDFF) project under Phase 1 of a NASA Commercial Low Earth Orbit Destinations Space Act Agreement. The CDFF project aimed to develop a multi-element, commercially profitable space station in Low-Earth Orbit for utilization by NASA and other customers following the retirement of the International Space Station.- Developed requirements defining the Human-Systems Interfaces (HSI), Rendezvous Proximity Operations and Docking (RPOD), and Structures and Mechanisms (STM) for the first element of a multi-element space station.- Ran meetings and working groups with cognizant engineers and managers to develop and refine requirements.- Managed the workflow of fellow engineers as the scope of subsystem support grows.- Proposed and implemented development strategies with Information Owners.- Engaged in functional decomposition.- Developed a Gantt chart to plan HSI activities through the end of 2023.- Managed the development of Structures and Mechanisms, Thermal Control System, and Propulsion slides for the Space Station Systems Requirements Review.- Managed the development and delivery of the Structures and Mechanisms Specification for the Systems Requirements Review.- Applied and tailored the International Docking System Standard and NASA Standard 3001 Volumes 1 and 2 to our requirements.- Developed interfaces between subsystems and larger system elements with my colleagues.
