  • Study on inventory distribution and control in material management system (MMS For proper management of inventory within the hospital the concepts Just in time, ABC analysis, Material requirement planning, Vendor Management Inventory were applied. This helped in optimizing the distribution network, and streamlining the processes involved, across the entire organization. Reorder levels and safety stocks were made for each department. This helped in optimizing the usage of consumables, thereby preventing shortage.
