Show less My first corporate role, following receiving my Business Science degree from UCT, was a junior analyst role within Dimension Data’s Strategy and Transformation area. This role entailed working with the Senior Strategic Transformation Specialist in financial / organizational operating model development, organizational design, and business process development. I co-facilitated organizational design workshops and documented the required outcomes. These outcomes included business processes and organizational designs across MS PPT, Visio, PPT, Word & Nimbus BPM (Ways@Work). The role provided me with the opportunity to add tangible value whilst gaining the following experience: Business process mapping and optimisation across the following functional areas within Dimension Data: Logistics Shared Services Centre: I workshopped the level 4 processes with the LSSC Managers.
