      In my role as Customer Service Manager, I was directly responsible for ensuring the smooth running of front of house duties including the training and supervision of service staff and ensuring the store was clean and easily accessible by customers. I worked with customers in managing orders, enquiries, taking feedback such as compliments and resolving complaints. I also managed rostering and payroll of waged staff, invoice processing, adhered to store budgets, and ensured daily tasks were completed to the standards of internal audit requirements.       Headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Organisation, with the goal of providing early intervention mental health programs and services to young people aged 12-25 years. Headspace provides a safe, inclusive space for all young people seeking support within their local community.In my role as Community Awareness Officer, I work with many stakeholders including schools and other community organisations to improve visibility of headspace services to encourage early help seeking. I plan, organise, and run local events aimed at increasing awareness of headspace and issues associated with mental health. I also develop, deliver and evaluate mental health literacy information sessions to community groups to build capacity and increase self efficacy in understanding and identifying common mental health issues, empowering young people, their parents and carers to seek support early. I am also a direct supervisor of the Peer Educator and the Youth Advisory Group. I work with those in these roles in ensuring content is relevant and in community engagement activities.       The Royal Flying Doctor Service is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world, while also providing extensive primary health care and 24-hour emergency service to people over an area of 7.69 million square kilometres.The eHealth Team Leader role coordinates and manages health programs essential to increasing accessibility to specialist health care, and improving self efficacy in managing chronic conditions in regional and remote areas of Australia. With a key focus on the planning, implementation and evaluation of health programs, I supervise a small team of program support staff to deliver the Flying Doctor Telehealth program, ensuring exceptional customer service to stakeholders and increasing access to health care for rural and remote Victorian's. This program connects people from all over Victoria with Specialist consultation appointments via video link, removing the need to travel long distances from regional, rural and remote communities. I also support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the new Gippsland Patient Monitoring Program. A program aimed at improving patient self efficacy in managing multiple chronic conditions via mobile apps with the support of local health services. This program works with health service staff in rural areas to provide greater oversight of people managing co-morbidities, increasing accessibility to health care when it's needed, while also increasing health literacy and self management of chronic conditions and reducing need for acute care.
