      The Ambassador Program is chartered to provide a worldwide partnership between the field, region and business unit experts teaming to close business, champion HP technology, build better products and increase technical excellence throughout the Presales community across all HP technologies and solutions.Ambassadors are a group of technology professionals from around the world with a strong focus on a specific technology (BladeSystems in my case).       • Define an efficient and effective use of Salesforce as CRM tool, following standards and best-practices• Act as the go-to resource in Acer EMEA, when it comes to Salesforce expertise• Collaborate closely with EMEA IT, in order to perform CRM fixes and updates• Periodically provide custom trainings and demos to Local Acer Sales Teams, according to business needs• Create company Reports and Dashboards (for EMEA top management, but also for the countries), to have a clear understanding and analysis of the big amount of data available in the system• Direct interface to Salesforce (responsible for contract negotiations and renewals, invoices, trainings, etc.).
