  - Leading the process implementation of E-commerce at the Waco Distribution Center - Working on a future state of capacity planning for all storage type areas in the warehouse in order to accommodate expected inventory increase - Green Belt lead of the Network Replication project to create a share database of projects with high OPACC benefits, the database was used as exposure of rapid and quick-win projects for other warehouses in the network - Managed and directed a team of 6 associates to execute several rearrangement and re-profiling projects for the facility - Led and completed the Grief Reduction project that resulted in a reduction from 6% to 1.5% average daily grief, standard work creation and training of all associates in charge of grief resolution - Implemented and leaded new process for slotting material into the bin shelving that has resulted in an increase of monthly picks from 70% to 75%.
