  Mt role at Capita has been to take inbound calls from customer around London as the first department I worked at was Transport for London. I then went onto doing emails for National Trust as they need more staff to help during the Christmas period. I was then offered a permanent role at EE taking inbound calls helping customers who are on Pay as you go. Throughout my roles within capita I have been hitting all KIP targets with making sure customers are getting everything done on that one call and if needed solving any complaints customer may have.
