      Computer Systems i studied computer programming, computer networking, computer repair and troubleshooting, building websites, writing code for websites, I went for my C+ Certification, and became proficient in all Microsoft office programs eg. Excel, word, Powerpoint, Database programs etc.etc.

Prepared notice of liens for unpaid condo fees, Prepared Budgets for the Condo Corps, and Prepared Status Certificates when requested by potential buyers of the condos. Collected condo fees, and took minutes at all board meetings and AGMS for all Condo Corps. Day to day dealings with condo owners to schedule repairs. Communicated with Presidents of Condo corps to order certain supplies needed or deal with maintenance issues, and schedule maintenance and post notices onsite to make residents aware of any repairs. Preparing seller clients at the pre-listing stage what they could potentially do to get the most money for their property/home. I am always available for my clients, to answer any questions or concerns they may have, after all, buying or selling a home is personal, and is one of the biggest if not the biggest investment people make in their entire lives and I think that they should have a knowledgeable person available to answer any questions for them throughout the whole process and afterwards as well.
