  I made Sargent in three years, however, I was put in a Sargent's job while holding the position of Corporal. I was a platoon Sgt,, A Single Channel Radio Operator, Multi channel Radio Operator, Satellite Communications, Technical Control, and many other responsibilities. In addition, I was Platoon Sargent for multiple departments carrying out various tasks. I was in a logistics company giving me logistics experience in a wide array of situations.

  I am responsible for overseeing the set up of jobs, and then laying the brick on the house. I am then responsible for overseeing the tear down and moving of equipment. It is expected that I do my job with very little supervision.
