  First tenure as Department head of GSE Maintenance, assigned for the betterment of the department. Within first 03 months of take over, Steered the GSE Mechanics team to attain the targeted serviceability percentage by releasing 02 Aircraft tow tractor (01 T500 Paymover & 01 S&S GT50) which was un serviceable for long duration due to one with major issue in detroit diesel engine and other with brake defects, Meanwhile solved a major brake issue in Airmarrel 01 Main Deck Loader. Following are some of key results which is worth mentioning - Streamlined the GSE stores and Maintenance records / Documentation, Revenue generated by Write off old fleet, Maintenance Cost significantly reduced and established new relation ship with other ground handlers for mutual support during exigency, Operational equipment failures comparatively reduced. Based on performance got additional responsibility of oversight of GSE Operators as well. Show less

  First international tenure as GSE Maintenance Lead in a austere location with multi cultural work force. Established a Maintenance set up right from scratch to an acceptable standard. Recommended the best suited and cost effective GSE to be purchased, devoloped and implemented preventive maintenance program, reinforced the GSE Mechanics to fix the repairs more efficiently. Directed the team to make 01 SOVAM Lower deck loader which was having hydraulics defect and and 02 GARSITE JET A1 refueler serviceable, one was having pressure issue in pumping system and other was having defects in pre check system. Being one of the key personnel in pilot team which was setting up the station, i got additional task of setting up of Aviation Fuel Into plane operartions and GSE Operations department which was achieved through constant learning. I would say this is one of the best assignment in my career which accelerated my confidence level. Show less

Steered and Strengthen the core GSE technicians team to support the increased volume of operations with the same and limited critical GSE.
