      Activities and Societies: Inter & Intra Chef Competitions & Events Club This program helped sharpen my understanding of the bakery and confectionary industry. It was a 18-month course wherein I learned the art of baking, cake making, catering, operations, accounting, costing and equipment maintenance etc. A combination of inputs at the school and industrial exposure on the other side gave me a great career trajectory and made me into a successful entrepreneur.

      I loved every moment at the culinary school where I taught students basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of pastry techniques.My role was focused on conditioning/mentoring students to be independent and confident in their skills to help grow and take on challenges the hotel industry has to offer. I organized inter and intra college baking competitions for students to encourage healthy competitiveness and guided students to excel.       My best venture with a near person, my cousin sister. A licensed hands-on business where we cohisivly designed the studio and bake store, we incorporated a wedding cake tasting lounge and had client meetings alongside our bakery.I oversaw the entire operations from baking, decorating, sculpting and logistics for all confections. We met with couples to be wed and clients to understand their sweet visions and gladly turn them into cake reality. I loved working with my angels like I call them, the pastry team.       A covid entrepreneurial venture started with my younger brother as a home business. My aim - to get scrumptious cakes and bakes to the community. We operated the entire kitchen; whipped bespoke cakes, savories, desserts and much more for all covid functions that people celebrated within the comfort of their homes.I enjoy baking, teaching, sharing with others; and started online baking tutorials (step-by- step instructor lead) for beginners. This includes baking tips, dos and don’ts, ingredients, tools, equipment’s and baking science. Experimental baking, baking workshops and creating IG content; I have come a long way and have become a household name for many.
