  Healthy Boundaries Facilitator

  It's important for leaders in the church, both clergy and lay, to understand and maintain proper personal boundaries in their relationships with others. Hard-working pastors and strong volunteers can over-extend themselves because of their deep care for helping others and either overstep personal boundaries with others, or neglect their own self-care. As a facilitator, I help create discussion to discern when it's time to step back or when it's time to not answer every call and how to maintain healthy relationships in the church and related ministries. Many of the topics, like social networking, are constantly changing and require that the material and discussions are kept current and dynamic. We all need to take time to reflect on how we are interacting with others and keeping our work with others to mutually build up rather than step on each other. Show less

  Jensen Insurance & Jarvis-Ford Insurance merged into Jensen Ford Insurance January 1, 2016. By doing so, both agencies have more insurance options to offer to our clients. Our primary clients are individuals, small businesses (under 50 employees) and non-profits. The primary role is finding new clients and producing new policies for individuals, businesses and non-profits in both property/liability policies and medical/life insurance. As an owner of the business, the tough decisions fall to us, hiring decisions, contracting with insurance companies, securing advertising, plus the bookkeeping/accounting activities. Show less
