  As a country club server you need to treat every customer with a “5 star” service. I would try my hardest to make sure that they were given that service by always tending to their table and always checking up on them and giving refills before they have a chance to ask for one. As a server and bartender I would also try my hardest to make a connection with my customers and make them feel like friends, especially by having a conversation with them about more than their food order.
