  As a key member of the Senior Executive Team, responsible for establishing the corporate vision and values, developing and leading corporate strategy, and leading the engineering teams, and its people, through strategic, product and capital plans and other significant change. Led Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Facilities & Maintenance teams with over 40 staff I began my career at Loewen as a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and soon was elevated to the position of Manager for the group. In 2006, Maintenance and Facilities was added to my portfolio as the company restructured through the US housing crisis. In 2008, my responsibilities shifted to that of Manufacturing Engineering and Product Development. In 2010, my priorities were shifted to concentrate solely on Product Development.
