It was also a significant move - from analysis in the back end to client servicing.Some of the notable projects of that time were the Annual KS Sex Survey 2005 ( which provided a lot of insights into dealing with sensitive studies) , multiple instances of research with kids and the PMI Counterfeit Incidence study .

I truly wish I could gloss over this more, but other than Brand Tracking expertise , spectacularly late nights and nightmares involving clients and their advertising, this was a relatively non exciting part of my work career.For most researchers in India, IMRB is like a guild where your skills are finely honed. I spent less than a year out here because of exciting opportunities overseas, but this is definitely a place I cherish and admire. Show less

I built some excellent client relationships in the 3.5 years that I worked here which have been very fulfilling.My fondest memories of this place would include winning the 1st runner up in the Kantar Measure of Inspiration Awards 2014 , growing the Govt sector into a full fledged business unit, signing on 2 Fortune 500 clients (Apple , Disney) and the work done for Diageo where I played a critical role in its growth as a full fledged tracker spanning 16 markets. Show less The 4 years I spent here had a significant impact on me and my career. In addition to managing Fast Track (the world's largest QSR tracking program) across 11 countries in the Levant and Middle East, I also had the unique opportunity to experience the work and culture across a variety of regions. Some of the more interesting highlights of my time spent here would be my award in 2008 from Henkel for research insights, a 2009 Commendation for creating a new mechanism to understand Needs, a company wide policy to encourage new revenue streams, a significant growth in expertise around Mystery Shopping and a unique demand estimation model that I developed for Reckitts Benckiser who then recommended it to Bosch. This was a high profile C-level executive study. Rather than using a field team, we reached out across the company and got researchers to meet up with clients. Not only did this ensure enormous cost savings, it also built up multiple new leads for business generation and was seen as a refreshing change for a lot of researchers who were spending time primarily in the office.
