      College Credit Plus Coordinator

      College Credit Plus Coordinator Coordinate and host information meetings with all interested college-bound parents and students. Coordinate with 50 Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) and bookstores throughout the school year. Verify each College Credit Plus (CCP) student is not exceeding their credit hour limit per academic year. Promote CCP opportunities on the website and in the communication sent to students and parents related to academics from the school counselors.  Collect student schedules and IHE grade cards to allow them to be submitted to Power School.  Collaborate with school counselors to ensure the promotion of the program and credit hour verification occurs to ensure OHVA is following the state guidelines for CCP. Organize all incoming paperwork from students, school counselors, IHEs, and administration.Student Success Director District Representative for Special Education (IEP & ETR) meetings Promote OHVA culture and vision  Encouraged team collaboration to increase understanding of academic standards through best practices Skilled at analyzing both school-wide and teacher-specific data in order to develop a strategic plan to increase student success rates.Previously:High School Instructional Lead Teacher Co-presenter to all staff professional development on "Classroom Management" and "CCP at OHVA" Emphasized data-driven instruction in order to promote student growth Resident Educator Year 1 Mentor Coordinate teacher assignments and student placements, balance numbers Communicate with department about current or changing policies and procedures Communicate with admin regarding department concerns or needs (ex: Lead is seeing a common trend in questions about a new policy, suggests additional PD in order to support teachers, etc.) Monitor team data to identify areas of concern weekly.  Identify and support struggling teachers.
