  Sole in-house Software Engineer focusing on back-end development of internal web applications and databases for the largest High School in Chicago, while maintaining FERPA guidelines. I also handle other general IT tasks, including reimagining the school's student device program from 3:4 shared devices inside the classroom to 1:1 individual student ownership for take-home during the COVID crisis and beyond. This involved leading the proposal, purchase, and distribution of 3000 Chromebooks mid-pandemic, as well as reconfiguring the device's policies to be more suited for single user at-home use.
