  Responsible for processing daily influx of invoices, both via mail and e-invoices. Worked very closely with the Controller, CFO, Head of Global Consolidations and Logistics Manager.Assisted them with the running of reports, collecting and analyzing data.Worked through month end closes with the Controller.Weekly A/P "runs".Responsible for invoicing and receiving payments.Worked with Excel and Quickbooks everyday.

  I am responsible for the management of re-roofs and roof repairs. I closely work with the two project managers who work out "in the field'. I support them primarily from the office, I assist in the ordering of materials, costing jobs, re-costing jobs, running the scheduling, and pulling building permits, business licenses and the scheduling of inspections with the cities and counties in which the work is being performed.
