  In my role as Advice Manager for FMG, I led the redesign of the national loss prevention strategy, gaining full Executive endorsement and strengthening FMG's leadership in proactive risk management. Alongside my team, I drove industry-wide campaigns like Safer Farms' quad bike safety and FMG's 'Ditch the Lint', reaching 800,000+ views and national TV coverage. I developed a leadership capability framework, boosting team engagement to the 94th percentile in Gallups' global database and managed stakeholder relations across the food and fibre value chain, resulting in operational excellence and industry wide collaborations. Show less As Rural Segment Manager at FMG, I played a key role in enhancing FMG’s rural proposition and led strategies to engage rural clients resulting in high levels of growth and achievement of strategic objectives. I co-authored The Future of Farming and Growing report, influencing policy discussions with central government. As Chair and member of various Executive sub-committees, I provided expert insights on market opportunities, risks, and strategic advice on emerging areas like carbon farming and biosecurity.
