  I opened our discharge pharmacy from scratch, including designing the floorplan, negotiating payor contracts, implementing Willow Ambulatory, and all the other tasks to create a functional and financial sustainable outpatient pharmacy. I established our 340B program when the hospital first became eligible in 2012. I also started our first MTM program, bringing pharmacists to our clinics.

  I worked at our corporate level to oversee all our senior affiliate 340B programs, nearly tripling our annual savings while improving compliance. I also oversaw our MTM program, growing our established program into additional services for collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) and population health. I collaborated closely with our ACO to manage and negotiate our value-based contracts. Finally, I served an advisory role to our 11 outpatient pharmacies to help grow and coordinate services.
